This RAB Lighting MPM19VG Mighty Post is a kit that consists of a verde green PVC (polyvinyl chloride) post, a black PVC stabilizer, and a die cast aluminum cap for heavy metal halide light fixtures. It is suitable for mounting floodlights and lawn lights at ground level. It is 19″ (48.1 cm) long and 2-7/8″ (7.3 cm) wide at the base. Set screws lock the components in place, and the 1/2″ threaded hole in the cap accommodates most light fixtures. This post kit is Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed as suitable for use in wet locations when used with fixtures that have a ground wire. It is suitable for mounting ground level light fixtures in a wide range of outdoor settings.
